Terms of Service

1. Company and Scope

These Terms govern your use of Vision Shopper, operated by Vollifred OÜ (registry code 17040742), Luuavarre, Joeaare village, 78218 Marjamaa parish, Rapla County, Estonia.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. If local law requires a higher age, you may use the service only if you meet that requirement or have valid parental/guardian consent.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

4. Plans, Billing, and Cancellation

Vision Shopper offers paid subscriptions, including:

• Vision Shopper Pro (Monthly)
• Vision Shopper Pro (Yearly)

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your dashboard via the Stripe customer portal.

If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, then does not renew.

Prices are shown in USD in product UI and may be converted by Stripe based on your payment context. Tax treatment follows Stripe configuration and may be included or added at checkout depending on currency and region.

Refund policy: all purchases are final. Except where required by law, no refunds are provided for partial periods, unused time, or change of mind.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to:

• Violate law or third-party rights.
• Abuse, probe, or disrupt platform infrastructure.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems.

6. AI and Generated Content

Vision Shopper uses AI systems that can produce unexpected or inaccurate outputs. You are responsible for reviewing generated results before relying on them. The service is provided for creative and planning purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, or use the service in abusive or unlawful ways.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Vollifred OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes to Service or Terms

We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes to these Terms take effect no earlier than 14 days after publication, unless a shorter period is required by law, security, or operational necessity.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Courts of Estonia have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence.
